Our DC UPS UPSI-2406IP-26UW ensures uninterruptible 24VDC power supply for control and regulation modules, embedded box IPCs, drives, actuators, sensors, safety technology and many more in harsh industrial and mobile applications.
The sealed housing elements and connections of the DC UPS are resistant to water jets / immersion, ice, oil and dust in accordance with protection classes IP65 / IP67. The high-quality aluminum housing contains the complete DC UPS control and charging electronics as well as the LiFePO4 battery pack.
Typical areas of application of the UPSI-2406IP-26UW series are, for example, security and building technology, heavy industry, petrochemicals, tunneling and mining, energy, communication, commercial and special vehicles, the food industry, chemistry and agriculture.

The integrated LiFePO4 battery pack (lithium iron phosphate) impresses in safety-relevant applications with particularly stable battery chemistry and high cycle stability (lifetime 10 years). The battery management system (BMS) with cell balancing ensures that all cells are charged evenly so that the full capacity of the battery pack can be used over the long term.

/ Extended functionality and monitoring
The setting and parameterization of the DC UPS system as well as real-time monitoring is conveniently possible with the 'UPS Gen2 Configuration' software. The UPS and battery status displays include all relevant voltages, currents as well as battery temperature, state of charge (SOC), runtimes and cycles. Self-sufficient operation is then possible with the set values.
/ Timer function for controlled shutdown according to the time specified
The new "Shut Down OS in" parameter can be used to set the time until the computer system is shut down and switched off in the event of a power failure. In addition to the operating system setting with regard to „State Of Charge“ of the energy storage device ("Shut Down OS at SOC"), the new function can now be used to define a specific time for the controlled shutdown in UPS backup mode.
/ Shutdown & Reboot function for IPC systems
In the event of a ‘PowerFail, the DC UPS signals the failure of the supply voltage via the integrated interface, so that a controlled shutdown of the computer system is initiated and valuable data is saved. The integrated reboot function of the DC UPS automatically initiates the restart of the supplied IPC after the supply voltage has returned, without the need for costly on-site intervention by a service employee, e.g. with completely self-sufficient computer systems in inaccessible locations..

The high-quality connection cables of type "ÖLFLEX® SMART 108" for DC input and output (open-end) as well as the USB connection cable are already included in the scope of delivery of the UPSI-2406IP-26UW.
